Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-order information is detailed within the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary based on your location. Orders domestic are shipped via USPS. Typically, 1st Class Packages via USPS cost roughly $2.66 at checkout. 1st Class Priority Mail charges upwards of $6.76 per package.
Shipping Internationally
We can ship your order to any country, shipping rates will vary from country to country.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you receive this notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep, here are some things to know, organized by courier:
Missing Orders & Packaging
What to do is your order was shipped USPS FIRST CLASS:
USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information
If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Sleazy Greetings cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
